City of Johannesburg Internship | How to Apply
The City of Johannesburg (CoJ), Group Finance Department is offering Internship opportunities to suitably qualified and unemployed graduates. The Internships will run for a period NOT exceeding eighteen (18) months.
Interns will be required to sign an internship agreement, in addition to an employment contract, committing themselves to full participation in the educational and workplace assignments in accordance with laid-down policies and procedures.

Salary: R12 000.00 pm (cost to company, basic salary, no benefits)

Contract Management and Performance Monitoring Interns
National Diploma / Degree with majors in:
- Economics,
- Accounting or Finance,
- Internal Auditing
- Risk Management.
Litigation Management Interns
National Diploma in (NQF level 6):
- Law
- Legal Assistance
- Paralegal
- or related field
Skills and Competencies:
- Confidentiality;
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Customer Care Management
- Time management and multi-tasking;
- Attention to detail.
- Computer literacy (All MS programmes),
- Good time management;
- Financial Management;
- Good communication (verbal and written – good interpersonal skills),
- Coordination skills.
