Do you have any questions concerning your R350 grant? SASSA has established various avenues for applicants and beneficiaries to contact them when it comes to the SRD grant.
Should you have any questions or changes SASSA needs to make, they have opened up a few channels for you to get in contact with them.
It’s important to know that any queries with R350 grant appeals need to be relayed to the Independent Appeals Tribunal and not SASSA, which means separate contact details.
SASSA has a toll-free call center which you can call at 0800 60 10 11. You will just need to select 1 after calling and follow the prompts after that.
You can also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your ID number in the email so that they know who you are and can find your details easier.
Should there be issues with the helpline, you can contact Kenneth Baloyi, Sassa’s contact center manager. He can be reached by calling 079 308 1033 or sending an email to email@example.com.
The SRD website, which can be found at https://srd.sassa.gov.za is a platform especially used for the R350 grant. Here you will find more information on the SRD grant and how to apply for the grant. If you have already applied, this website is also where you can check your application status.
If you need help with your SRD grant appeal, you will need to contact the Independent Appeals Tribunal as they are responsible for appeals, not SASSA.
The Tribunal can be reached by calling 012 312 7727 or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
