How to Check TUT Application Status
NOTE: It takes 24 to 48 hours for profiles and subjects to sync after logging into myTUTor. If after 48 hours you are still unable to log in or cannot see all your subjects, please contact the myTUTor Service Desk at 012 382 4427 or myTUTor@tut.ac.za
The DVC: Teaching, Learning, and Technology stated on January 4, 2023, that students will continue to receive distance and blended learning beginning January 6, 2023. TUT announced in November 2023 that the Collaborate Ultra online collaboration tool used in myTUTor will no longer be available to users of the learning management system. Students have long used Microsoft Office 365 applications (APPs).
As of January 4, 2023, MS Teams will be the preferred platform as these APPs will be available at no cost to both staff and students as part of TUT’s premium licensing agreement. TUT Login Status
